燃料电池空压机用永磁电机降振优化设计

摘要 在永磁电机的转动过程中,其气隙处所合成的磁场中能够产生径向电磁力,该作用力可使永磁电机结构中的定子齿部出现振动,产生电磁噪声。为了降低电机振动,采用了基于隔磁磁桥修形的降振优化方法。在Maxwell环境下建立电机的电磁场模型,通过理论推导与有限元计算,确定降振优化方案。结果表明,该方案可以显著提高改进后的电机振动特性,保证了电机的电磁性能。证明了隔磁磁桥修形的降振优化方法的有效性与准确性,可为电机降振优化设计提供指导。 During the rotation of a permanent magnet motor,a radial electromagnetic force can be generated in the magnetic field synthesized at its air gap,which can cause vibration in the stator tooth portion of the permanent magnet motor structure and further cause electromagnetic noise.In order to reduce the vibration of the motor,an optimization method for vibration reduction based on the modification of the magnetic isolation bridge was developed.The electromagnetic field model of the motor was established in Maxwell environment,and the vibration reduction optimization scheme was determined through theoretical derivation and finite element calculation.The results show that the scheme can significantly improve the vibration characteristics of the improved motor,and ensure the electromagnetic performance of the motor.The effectiveness and accuracy of the vibration reduction optimization method for the modification of the magnetic isolation bridge are proved,which can provide guidance for the optimal design of motor vibration reduction.
