圆周式脉冲喷吹对滤筒清灰均匀性的影响

摘要 为了探究圆周式脉冲喷吹对滤筒清灰均匀性的影响,改变喷吹压力,研究最优喷吹距离下的喷嘴与内置旋转器2种不同的脉冲喷吹方式下,侧壁压力沿滤筒轴向和水平圆周方向上的分布特性。结果表明:在使用普通喷嘴时,沿滤筒轴向方向至上向下的侧壁压力逐渐增大,下部压力大于中、上部;在使用内置旋转器时,滤筒侧壁压力分布为上部压力小,中部和下部压力相差不大。在滤筒水平圆周方向上,侧壁压力峰值并不是完全对称,相较与普通喷嘴,内置旋转器在水平圆周方向的侧壁压力峰值差均不超过100 Pa,且各测点压力标准偏差较普通喷嘴显著降低48.14%~95.38%,说明圆周式脉冲喷吹均匀性更优。圆周式脉冲喷吹能明显提升滤筒中部清灰强度和在滤筒轴向和水平圆周方向上的清灰均匀性,同时减小脉冲气流对底部的冲击,改善滤筒下部滤料破损的问题。 In order to investigate the effect of circular pulse injection on the uniformity of dust cleaning in filter cartridge,the distribution characteristics of side wall pressure along the axial and horizontal circumferential directions of filter cartridge were studied by changing injection pressure under two different pulse injection methods,namely the nozzle and the built-in rotator,at the optimal injection distance.The results show that when using a regular nozzle,the pressure on the side wall from top to bottom along axial direction of filter cartridge gradually increases,and the pressure in the lower part is greater than that in the middle and upper parts.When using a built-in rotator,the pressure distribution on side wall of filter cartridge is small in the upper part,and the pressure difference between the middle and lower parts is not significant.In the horizontal circumferential direction of the filter cartridge,the peak pressure on side wall is not completely symmetrical.Compared with ordinary nozzles,the difference in peak pressure on the side wall of the built-in rotator in the horizontal circumferential direction does not exceed 100 Pa,and the standard deviation of pressure at each measuring point is significantly reduced by 48.14%~95.38%compared to ordinary nozzles indicating that the uniformity of circular pulse injection is better.Circular pulse injection can significantly improve the cleaning intensity in the middle of filter cartridge and the uniformity of cleaning in axial and horizontal circumferential directions of filter cartridge,while reducing the impact of pulse airflow on the bottom and improving the problem of filter material damage in the lower part of filter cartridge.
