This paper expounds the characteristics of inter regional information exchange technology and inter regional coordination and control technology,analyzes the construction of communication networks,information exchange protocols,and security measures,realizes real-time data transmission and information sharing,explores load forecasting and optimization scheduling,and intelligent distributed energy management strategies.
