徐辉甫教授从脾胃论治小儿疾病经验

Professor XU Huifu’s experience in treating children’s diseases from the spleen and stomach

徐辉甫教授主张“脾胃内伤,百病由生”,认为小儿临床疾病多与脾虚有关,故在临证时注重从调理脾胃着手,固护后天之本,兼顾他脏,标本兼治,疗效显著。徐教授分别采用培土生金法、健脾养心法、扶土抑木法、脾肾同治法,从脾胃论治小儿迁延性肺炎、特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)、抽动障碍和中枢性性早熟等,均取得了满意疗效。

Professor XU Huifu believes that “injuries to the spleen and stomach lead to various diseases”.Therefore,in the treatment of children's diseases,attention should be paid to regulating the spleen and stomach,strengthening the acquired foundation,taking into account other organs,addressing both symptoms and root causes and achieving significant therapeutic effects.Professor XU used the methods of cultivating soil to generate gold,strengthening the spleen and nourishing the heart,supporting soil to suppress wood,and treating both the spleen and kidney to treat pediatric persistent pneumonia,idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,tic disorder,and central precocious puberty,all of which achieved satisfactory results.
