健胃宝冲剂治疗小儿厌食症脾胃气虚证80例临床观察

Clinical observation on 80 cases of anorexia in children with spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome treated by Jianweibao Granule(健胃宝冲剂)

目的观察健胃宝冲剂治疗小儿厌食症脾胃气虚证的临床疗效。方法选取2020年5月至2021年12月南京中医药大学附属盐城市中医院儿科门诊就诊的小儿厌食症脾胃气虚证患儿120例,按1∶2的原则分为对照组40例和治疗组80例。对照组予健胃消食口服液口服,<5岁,每次5 mL;≥5岁,每次10 mL,均每日2次,饭后服用。治疗组予健胃宝冲剂,1~3岁,每次5 g;4~6岁,每次10 g,均每日3次,饭后温水冲服。2组均治疗30 d后统计临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率为80.00%(32/40),治疗组为92.50%(74/80),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组主、次症积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后2组主、次症积分均明显下降,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论健胃宝冲剂治疗小儿厌食症脾胃气虚证,能明显改善患儿的临床症状、体征,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianweibao Granules(健胃宝冲剂) in the treatment of anorexia children with spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 120 anorexia children with spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome were selected from the pediatric outpatient department of Yancheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to December 2021.They were divided into a control group of 40 cases and a treatment group of 80 cases based on a 2∶ 1 principle.The control group was orally administered with Jianwei Xiaoshi Oral Liquid,5 years old,5 mL each time;≥5 years old,10 mL each time,taken twice a day after meals.The treatment group was treated with Jianweibao Granules,1-3 years old,with a dosage of 5 g each time;4-6 years old,10 g each time,3 times a day,taken with warm water after meals.After 30 days of treatment,both groups were statistically analyzed for clinical efficacy.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%(32/40),while the treatment group was 92.50%(74/80).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the main and secondary symptom scores between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating comparability.After treatment,the main and secondary symptom scores of both groups significantly decreased,and compared with the same group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group showed a more significant decrease(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianweibao Granule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children anorexia with spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome,and has a significant therapeutic effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
