摘要
目的基于虚拟现实技术(virtual reality,VR)研发简便实用的ICU患者康复系统,以提高患者康复依从性和安全性。方法通过跨学科合作及文献研究法,应用3DMax、Maya建模,利用Unity 3D游戏引擎进行交互,开发ICU患者VR康复训练系统。选取2023年4月—6月在山东省某三级甲等医院ICU住院治疗的3例清醒患者,对其进行VR康复系统干预,并从不良事件发生情况、系统可用性、受试者应用感受等方面进行VR康复系统适用性评价。结果该研究所设计的康复系统包括上肢、下肢、认知功能及力量训练,系统操作简便,易于理解且趣味性强,受试者干预期间均未发生不良事件。结论基于VR的危重患者康复训练系统可在一定程度上促进ICU患者康复,且该系统成本较低、实施过程较为安全,但未来仍需大样本量及多中心研究进一步验证其临床有效性。
Objective A simple and practical rehabilitation system for patients in ICU was developed based on virtual reality(VR)technology to improve patients'rehabilitation compliance and safety.Methods By employing interdisciplinary and literary research methodologies,we employed 3DMax and Maya modeling software,and utilized the Unity 3D game engine for interactive purposes,a VR rehabilitation training system was developed for ICU patients.The convenience sampling method was employed to select 3 conscious patients who were admitted to the ICU of a Grade 3A Hospital in Shandong Province between April and June 2023.These patients were subjected to intervention using the VR rehabilitation system,and the applicability evaluation of VR rehabilitation systemwas evaluated from the aspects of adverse events,system availability and subjects'application feelings.Results The rehabilitation system designed in this study included upper limbs,lower limbs,cognitive function and strength training.The system was easy to operate,easy to understand and interesting,and no adverse events occurred during the intervention period.Conclusion The study has developed a VR-based rehabilitation training system,which demonstrates a certain degree of efficacy in promoting the rehabilitation of patients in ICU.Moreover,the system exhibits a low cost and a relatively safe implementation process.However,it is imperative to conduct future investigations involving a large sample size and multiple centers to validate its clinical effectiveness.
