摘要
对高科技扩大替代沟通系统(augmentative and alternative communication systems,AAC)的概念和常见类型进行简要介绍,对其在国内外ICU机械通气患者中的应用进行综述,分析不同高科技AAC的适用人群、应用前准备工作及应用的临床意义,对未来的研究方向提出展望,旨在加深广大学者和医务工作者对高科技AAC的认识,为构建科学的沟通方案、解决机械通气患者的沟通难题提供参考。
This paper briefly introduces the concept and common types of high-tech augmentative and alternative communication systems(AAC),reviews its application in mechanical ventilation patients in ICU at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the applicable population of different high-tech AAC,the preparation before application and the clinical significance of application,and puts forward the prospect of future research directions,aiming at deepening the understanding of scholars and clinical workers on high-tech AAC,providing references for constructing scientific communication strategies and solving the communication problems of mechanical ventilation patients.
