Research progress of assessment tools for anxiety about aging

老化指由于年龄增长带来的生理、心理以及社会功能方面的改变,包括机体功能下降、认知功能退化、社会关系丧失等,老化焦虑指个人对未来可能出现的、老化相关问题的担忧和恐惧。该文综述了国内外老化焦虑评估工具的研制、内容、信效度和应用情况,比较分析各评估工具的特点和局限性,以期为本土化老化焦虑评估工具的开发和应用提供参考,为科学评估老化焦虑水平、构建有效的老化焦虑干预方案提供依据。

Anxiety about aging plays an important role in the development of the gerontological nursing and the construction of a healthy aging society.This article reviews the development,contents,reliability,validity,and application of assessment tools for anxiety about aging at home and abroad.By analyzing the characteristics and limitations of each tool,it can provide a reference for the development and usage of localized measurement tools.It also provides the basis for accurate assessment of anxiety about aging and for the formulation of effective intervention strategies.
