陕西民众气候变化风险感知及其应对意愿研究

The willingness to cope with the perceived climate change risks of the populace in Shaanxi Province

目的 探究陕西民众气候变化风险感知应对意愿,为我国应对气候变化提供参考借鉴。方法 应用调查法获取陕西省民众对于气候变化所采取的措施意愿,运用主成分法计算民众应对意愿得分。结果 (1)陕西民众应对气候变化更愿意采取增加公共交通、自行车和节约资源等应对方式;(2)民众持中立的意愿行为有:垃圾分类、了解气候变化风险成因与防范相关信息、和正常时期一样生活学习;(3)民众持消极应对意愿的行为有:参加植树造林、参加防范气候变化的相关培训和增加保险支出;(4)提取出管理风险的应对能力与对策、更易实现的生活交通习惯、对政府倡导普遍实施政策的看法和个人生活习惯及改善居住环境4个主要成分。结论 陕西民众气候变化风险感知的应对意愿在空间上由北到南依次呈现出较低、较高和中等的变化趋势。

Purposes—To investigate the willingness of the populace in Shaanxi to respond to the perceived risk of climate change,and to provide reference for China to respond to climate change.Methods—The survey method was used to obtain the willingness of the populace in Shaanxi Province to take measures on climate change,and the principal component analysis method was used to calculate the score of the populace's willingness to respond.Results—(1)The populace in Shaanxi are more willing to take measures to cope with climate change,such as the increase in public transportation,bicycle and resource conservation;(2)The populace's neutral willingness behaviors include garbage classification,acquaintance with the causes and prevention of climate change risks,and the life and learning as usual;(3)The populace's negative willingness behaviors include participation in reforestation,attendance at the trainings related to prevention of climate change and increase in insurance expenses;(4)Four main components were extracted:coping capacity and countermeasures to manage risks,more achievable living and traffic habits,perceptions of government advocacy for universal implementation of policies,and personal lifestyle as well as improvement of the living environment.Conclusions—The willingness to cope with perceived climate change risks among the populace in Shaanxi Province shows a spatial trend of lower,higher and medium from north to south in order.
