摘要
以偶氮化合物和β-羰基酯类为原料,通过对催化剂种类、反应温度、反应时间、超声等反应条件对产物收率影响的探索研究,发展了一种在室温下通过超声波促进的、1 h内即可完成的烯醇合成方法,收率最高可达99%,反应具有条件温和、时间短、产率高、产物稳定性高等特点,为烯醇化合物的合成提供了一条便捷途径。
An ultrasound-promoted method to stable acyclic aliphatic solid enols was developed,which could be finished within 1 h at room temperature with the yields up to 99%,using azo compounds andβ-carbyl esters as raw materials by the exploration of catalyst type,reaction temperature,reaction time,ultrasonic reaction conditions on the yields.The adopted reaction had the characteristics of mild conditions,short time,high yield and high product stability.It provided a convenient way for the synthesis of enols.By the method,a series of non-cyclic solid enols were efficiently prepared,and the yield was up to 99%.
