The RadFrac module of Aspen Plus simulation software was used to simulate the distillation process of tetrafluoroethylene(TFE).Design specification and sensitivity analysis were used to determine parameters such as reflux ratio and feed stage position.The simulation results were basically consistent with actual operation.
