摘要
分析中温制氟电解槽在不同阳极材料、不同电流和不同处理时间情况下水预处理对电解槽运行时间的影响,给出电解槽在不同情况下电解液中水预处理的时间和方案,减少因电解液处理不完全使碳板极化而造成电解槽停止运行状况的发生。
The influence of different anode materials,different current and different treatment time on the running time of the medium-temperature fluorine electrolyzer was studied,the pretreatment time and scheme of water in electrolyte were given to reduce the occurrence of stopping the operation of the electrolyzer due to the polarization of the carbon plate caused by incomplete electrolyte treatment.
