无水氢氟酸回转反应炉的腐蚀分析与防护

摘要 目前国内的无水氢氟酸生产工艺大多采用天然气外加热式回转反应炉为主要设备的萤石-硫酸法,生产过程中回转反应炉的腐蚀主要有水分、氢氟酸、硫酸等的化学腐蚀以及安装、运转过程中的各种应力腐蚀等。回转反应炉在一定程度上决定着无水氢氟酸的生产质量和生产效率,对整个生产工艺作用很大。对无水氢氟酸回转反应炉的腐蚀因素进行了初步分析,并探讨了相应的防护措施。 At present,the domestic anhydrous hydrofluoric acid production process mostly adopts the fluorite-sulfuric acid method with natural gas external heating rotary reactor as the main equipment,the corrosion of the rotary reactor in the production process,mainly includes the chemical corrosion of water,hydrofluoric acid,sulfuric acid,etc.The production quality and efficiency of anhydrous hydrofluoric acid are determined to a certain extent by the rotary reactor,which plays an important role in the whole production process.In this paper,the corrosion factors of anhydrous hydrofluoric acid rotary reaction furnace are preliminarily analyzed,and the corresponding protective measures are discussed.
