摘要
在众多非开挖技术中,穿插法、碎(裂)管法对于DN600以下排水管道修复有着良好的适用性和经济性。但由于排水管道工况复杂,存在错位、变形等特殊情况,管材整体要求较高,现有的承插口连接方式存在较大风险,无法满足使用要求。本文对比分析了穿插法、碎(裂)管法施工存在的主要问题,提出了短管环形网片电熔对接技术,进行了电熔接头工艺设计,开展了电熔接头拉伸强度、环刚度、严密性等试验,试验表明利用电熔焊对接形成的新管道能够达到原管材的各项性能指标,可以有效解决短管承插口连接的承拉能力差等难题,有利于穿插法、碎(裂)管法推广应用。
Among the various trenchless methods available,slip lining and pipe bursting/splitting are wellsuited and cost-effective for repairing drainage pipelines with diameters less than 600mm.However,due to the complex working conditions of drainage pipelines,as well as special issues with misalignment and deformation,these pipelines must meet high standards.The current socket connection method has high risks and cannot meet the usage requirements.This paper examines the primary issues associated with slip lining and pipe bursting/splitting trenchless methods and proposes a solution of ring mesh short-tube electrofusion welding connection technology.The design process for electrofusion welding connection is detailed,and experiments are conducted to test their tensile strength,ring stiffness,and tightness.The results show that the new pipe formed by electrofusion welding meets the performance standards of the original pipe material,and effectively solve the problem of inadequate tensile capacity in short pipe socket connections.This study is valuable for promoting and applying the slip lining and pipe bursting/splitting trenchless methods.
