摘要
铁道货车超偏载检测装置是广泛运用于铁路编组站和货场的重要货运计量安全检测设备。使用铁道货车超偏载检测装置时,存在采集信号易受干扰、检测过程中货车运行速度超过60 km/h时检测误差较大等问题。为了使铁道货车能以更快的运行速度通过测量区,消除信号干扰,提出100 km/h速度段铁道货车超偏载检测装置要求。介绍100 km/h速度段铁道货车超偏载检测装置结构、工作原理,以及关键部件设计,并进行运用测试。测试结果表明,100 km/h速度段铁道货车超偏载检测装置检测的总重误差、偏载误差和偏重误差均满足计量性能要求。
The detecting device for overload and unbalance load of rail wagons is an important safety measurement equipment,Which is widely used in railway marshalling station and freight yard.When the detection device is used,the acquisition signal is easily interfered,and the detection error is larger when the speed of the wagon exceeds 60 km/h.In order to make the rail wagon pass through the measurement area at a higher speed and eliminate the signal interfer⁃ence,the requirement of the detection device for overload and unbalance load of railway wagon at 100 km/h speed is put forward.This paper introduces the structure,working principle and design of key components of the detection de⁃vice for overload and unbalance load of railway wagon at 100 km/h speed,and the detection device for overload and unbalance load of railway wagon at 100 km/h speed is tested.The test results show that the total weight error,load bi⁃as error and weight bias error detected by the detection device for overload and unbalance load of railway wagon at 100 km/h speed meet the measurement performance requirements.
