摘要
铁路货车NSW型手制动机主动轴组成故障率较高,增加检修工作量和成本支出,而且给行车安全带来隐患。从主动轴组成的结构、材料、检修工艺、运用等4方面分析原因,提出增大配合间隙、增加密封设计、优化润滑设计、增强零件耐腐蚀性、优化检修范围、落实检修标准等改进建议。
The failure rate of the driving shaft of NSW type hand brake of railway wagon is relatively high,which not only increases the overhaul workload and cost,but also brings hidden dangers to safety operation.The reasons such as structure,material,overhaul process,application of driving shaft are analyzed,Suggestions for improvement were put forward,such as enlarging the fit gap,increasing the sealing design,optimizing the lubrication design,enhancing the corrosion resistance of the parts,optimizing the scope of overhaul,and implementing the overhaul standard.
