建筑周转材料具有使用量大、种类繁多、使用范围广等特点,同时还存在着数据量大、回收缓慢、信息不通畅等问题。如何提高周转材料管理公司的周转材料的周转效率,从而最大限度地发挥材料的使用价值成为其提高利润和市场竞争力的关键。为此,借助信息化手段,对建筑周转物料设计了全流程闭环管理流程,以实现数据的零误差,同时建立了周转效率综合评估模型,结合周转率的计算挖掘提高物料流转的方法。

Since building turnover materials have a great variety and wide usage,there are still some problems for turnover material management companies,such as slow recycling and poor informationization.Thus,it is important to improve their turnover efficiency and maximize the use value for improving profits and market competitiveness.Therefore,a full-process closed-loop management process for construction turnover materials was designed in this study with the help of information to achieve zero error of data,and a comprehensive evaluation model of turnover efficiency was established to realize the high turnover of these materials.
