摘要
装配式异形柱混凝土框架是城镇建筑适用的结构形式,采用角钢连接预制梁和柱比现浇节点更方便、环保,节点的力学性能是实现框架结构抗震性能的关键因素,因此研究角钢连接的装配式异形柱框架节点抗震性能十分必要。设计制作了角钢连接的装配式异形柱框架结构边节点足尺模型,通过拟静力试验和数值分析相结合的方法,研究了其破坏机理和力学性能参数,提出了其用于整体结构分析的简化模型。研究表明:角钢连接的装配式异形柱框架边节点与现浇节点有相同的梁铰破坏机制,装配式节点刚度小于现浇节点,而延性和耗能能力略优于现浇节点;装配式框架结构整体内力分析结果与现浇框架不同,应按照半刚性节点框架的内力分析结果确定预制构件的配筋;将螺栓孔灌实的顶底角钢连接的装配式框架节点与现浇节点力学性能几乎相同。
The prefabricated special-shaped column concrete frame is a suitable structural form for urban buildings.It is more convenient and environmentally friendly to connect prefabricated beams and columns through angle steel than cast-in-place joints.The mechanical properties of joints are the key factors to realize the seismic performance of frame structure.Therefore,it is necessary to study the seismic performance of prefabricated special-shaped column frame joints with angle steel connection.A full-size model of prefabricated special-shaped column frame side joint with angle steel connection was designed and made.The failure mechanism and mechanical properties parameters of the joint were studied through the method of pseudo static test and numerical analysis,and a simplified model for the analysis of the whole structure of the joint was proposed.The research shows that the assembled special-shaped column frame side joints with angle steel connection have the same beam hinge failure mechanism as the cast-in-place joints.The stiffness of the prefabricated side joints is smaller than that of the cast-in-place joints,but the ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the prefabricated joints are slightly better than that of the cast-in-place joints.The overall internal force analysis results of prefabricated frame structures are different from those of cast-in-place frames,so the reinforcement of prefabricated members should be determined according to the internal force analysis results of semi-rigid joint frames.The mechanical properties of the prefabricated frame joints connected by angle steel with bolt-hole filling are almost the same as those of the cast-in-place joints.
