某炼钢厂老旧冷却塔结构检测鉴定及加固处理 被引量:1

摘要 建于20世纪80年代的某炼钢厂冷却塔,存在混凝土脱落、钢筋锈蚀等问题。采用大空间三维激光扫描仪检测了塔体倾斜状况,对冷却塔的混凝土强度、缺陷损伤及循环水氯离子含量等进行了检测,分析了结构损伤原因。鉴定计算结果表明冷却塔通风筒筒壁及人字支柱承载力不足。针对冷却塔损伤状况,提出了对人字柱采用增大截面法加固、对通风筒壁采用钢丝绳-聚合物砂浆面层加固、对淋水构架预制构件采用修复或更换的加固方案,该冷却塔加固效果良好。 The cooling tower of a steel plant in the 80s of the 20th century has problems such as concrete falling off and steel corrosion.The inclination of the tower was detected by large-space 3D laser scanner,the concrete strength,defect damage and chloride ion content of circulating water of the cooling tower were detected,the causes of structural damage were analyzed.The appraisal results show that the bearing capacity of the ventilation cylinder wall and herringbone pillar of the cooling tower was insufficient.According to the damage condition of the cooling tower,a feasible reinforcement scheme was proposed:herringbone pillars were reinforced with cross-section increasing,ventilation cylinder walls were reinforced with steel wire rope-polymer mortar,and precast concrete members of sprinkler structure were repaired or replaced.The reinforcement effect of the cooling tower is good.
