强连接假定的楼板大开洞连体结构设计

摘要 绍兴滨海科技城核心区二期项目5#、6#单塔采用框架-剪力墙结构,为两栋不等高单塔组成的连体结构。为保证建筑采光效果和施工便利性,连接体采用中部楼板开大洞的钢筋桁架楼承板-钢梁体系。针对工程存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、多塔、连体的超限特点,整体结构设计通过设置多道防线,力求结构平面及竖向布置规则,并采用加强关键构件等措施提高结构整体抗震性能。针对连接体中部楼板开洞的特点,通过调整结构布置使两单塔动力特性接近,增强连接体构件与周边框架连接构造的方式,实现了连接体与两侧单塔的强连接。通过对该结构体系在不同地震水准下整体及分塔模型的分别计算,补充专项节点分析、舒适度分析等计算,确保设计能够满足规范并达到抗震性能目标要求。 5#、6#single tower of the second phase project of Shaoxing Binhai Tech City is a frame-shear wall structure,which is a connected structure composed of two single towers with different heights.In order to ensure the daylighting effect and the convenience of construction,the connecting body adopts reinforced steel truss floor slabs with large openings in the central area,combined with steel beam system.In view of the out-of-code characteristics of the project,such as irregular torsion,discontinuous floors,multiple towers,and connected structure,the overall structure design strives for regular structural plane and vertical layout by setting up multiple lines of defense,and adopts measures such as strengthening key components to improve the overall seismic resistance of the structure.Aiming at the connecting body with large slab openings in the central area,the structural layout was adjusted to make the dynamic characteristics of the two single towers close,and the connecting body components and the connection with the surrounding frames was strengthened,the strong connection between the connecting body and the single towers was realized.Through the separate calculation of the overall and single tower models of the structural system under different earthquake levels,supplementary special node analysis,comfort analysis and other calculations,it was ensured that the design can meet the code and the seismic performance target requirements.
