摘要
海南省三亚地区部分场地存在较厚砂土层及桩端持力层承载力不高,劲性复合桩作为一种新桩型,其兼具预应力管桩桩身强度高、施工方便及水泥土搅拌桩桩侧阻力大的优点,可以较好适用于此类场地土。以海南省三亚地区某实际工程为例,对预应力混凝土管桩、钻孔灌注桩和劲性复合桩三种桩型从承载力、经济性、施工要点等方面进行对比分析。采用YJK软件分析了劲性复合桩对基础沉降的影响,并与实测沉降观测数据对比。结果表明,劲性复合桩承载力高、经济性好,对基础沉降有利,在此类场地中具有一定的优势。最后,针对劲性复合桩的特点,提出其施工控制要点。
Some sites in Sanya area of Hainan province have thick sand layer and low bearing capacity of pile end bearing layer.As a new pile type,the strength composite pile has the advantages of high strength,construction convenient and high side friction resistance of soil-cement mixed pile,which is applicable to this kind of site soil.Taking an actual project in Sanya area of Hainan province as an example,the three types of prestressed concrete pipe pile,bored pile and strength composite pile were compared and analyzed from the aspects of bearing capacity,economy and key points in construction.The effect of strength composite pile on foundation settlement was analyzed by YJK software and compared with the measured settlement data.The results show that the strength composite pile has high bearing capacity and good economy,which is beneficial to foundation settlement,and has certain advantages in such sites.Finally,according to the characteristics of the strength composite pile,the key points of construction control were put forward.
