摘要
以四流道喷嘴涡流管为研究对象,对压缩空气为工作介质的温度分离特性进行实验研究,获得了四流道喷嘴涡流管的温度分离效应曲线。研究表明,四流道涡流管分别在冷端流率0.35、0.8附近获得最大制冷、制热效应,随着进口压力从0.35 MPa提升至0.5 MPa,涡流管最大制冷效应从23.1 K提升至29.1 K,最大制冷效应的冷端流率从0.38降低至0.32,最大制热效应从41.3 K提升至50.8 K,最大制热效应的冷端流率从0.82降低至0.77。
In order to study the energy separation of vortex tube with four flow path nozzles,energy separation was experimentally studied in vortex tube with compressed air as the working medium.Experimental research results showed that vortex tube with four flow path nozzles can get best cold and hot temperature effect at 0.35 and 0.8 cold mass flow fraction.With the rise of inlet pressure from 0.35 MPa to 0.5 MPa,the best cooling effects increase from 23.1 K to 29.1 K,but the best cooling effects mass flow fraction decrease from 0.38 to 0.32,and the best heating effects increase from 41.3 K to 50.8 K,but the best heating effects mass flow fraction decrease from 0.82 to 0.77.
