卷烟过滤嘴高精度多点实时温度测量

摘要 卷烟过滤嘴的温度与主流烟气中有害成分的含量和吸烟口感密切相关,故降低过滤嘴温度和流经滤嘴的烟气意义重大。为此,采用卷烟过滤嘴的高精度多点实时温度测量方法,制做内置负温度系数(NTC)热敏电阻的烟嘴,以实现在密封前提下的多点温度监测。设计一种采用交流激励的多路高速采集电路,用于实时测量温度:17个NTC热敏电阻放置在过滤嘴的不同部位,以监控温度分布;采用交流信号处理、正弦拟合、温度预测等方法提高测量系统的精度和可靠性。对燃烧型卷烟和电子烤烟型卷烟进行实时测温。实验结果表明,该方法能实时测量温度,测量分辨率达到±0.01℃,响应时间小于50 ms。 The temperature of the cigarette filter during smoking is an important parameter that is closely related to the taste of smoking and the content of harmful components in mainstream smoke.Reducing the temperature of the filter and the smoke flowing through it is significant.Therefore,this paper proposes a high-precision multi-point real-time temperature measurement method based on the cigarette filter:A cigarette holder with a built-in NTC thermistor is made,which can ensure multi-point temperature monitoring under the premise of sealing.A multichannel high-speed acquisition circuit using AC excitation is designed to measure the temperature in real-time.17 NTC thermistors are placed on different potions on the filter to monitor the temperature distribution.AC signal processing,sine fitting,and temperature prediction methods are used to improve the accuracy and reliability of measurement systems.Real-time temperature measurement experiments are carried out for combustion cigarettes and electronic flue-cured cigarettes.The results show that the presented method can real-time measure the temperature with high accuracy(±0.01℃)and a response time of less than 50 ms.
