摘要
针对甘蔗收割机工况数据监测的需求,设计的一种作业数据采集系统,通过车载诊断系统实现对车辆发动机参数数据进行读取,同时利用组态基于Modbus总线对采集设备内部寄存器的读取,实现对甘蔗收割机作业数据的实时获取。运行数据表明,该系统可快速稳定地采集甘蔗收割机主要工作部件工况数据和发动机参数等。
Aiming at the requirement of data monitoring of sugarcane harvester working conditions,a configuration-based operation data acquisition system is designed and implemented quickly.The vehicle engine parameter data is read through the on-board OBD(on-board diagnostic system),and the real-time acquisition of the sugarcane harvester operation data is realized by reading the internal registers of the acquisition device based on the Modbus bus configuration.The operation data shows that the system can stably collect the working condition data of the main working parts of the sugarcane harvester and the engine parameters.
