摘要 韩国基础教育数字化在发展过程中已为全国所有中小学提供了网络基础设施,使信息技术在基础教育各领域中得到了广泛应用。具体表现为:在助学方面丰富数字资源供给,助教方面全面提升教师数字教育技能;助管方面加强部门间信息系统联动,扩大公共服务范围。在教育部门宏观政策指导下,韩国地方市(道)教育厅、学校结合自身的条件和环境,也进行了数字化转型方面的积极探索,使“数字文化”深入到教学场景中,推动了韩国基础教育数字化转型纵深发展。 In the course of digitalization of basic education,Korea has built the Internet infrastructure that covers all middle and primary schools,and widely applied information technology in the sector of basic education across the board.After six stages of construction,Korea has provided network infrastructure for all primary and secondary schools in the country,and the access to digital resources has been broadened for learners;digital teaching skills of teachers have been improved;and the interconnectivity of different digital systems among schools have been promoted to facilitate educational management and expand the scope of public service.Furthermore,local educational departments and schools,guided by the macro educational policies,have taken into account their realities and educational environments when making a foray into digitalization and integrating“digital culture”into their educational settings.Remarkable progress has been demonstrated in Korea’s pursuit of digitalization of basic education,which help promote the in-depth development of digital transformation of basic education in Korea.
