摘要
20世纪60年代以来,英国不断将信息化、数字化运用到教育中。在英国数字化教育和教育技术的发展过程中,英国官方尤其是英国教育部从政策制定、经费划拨到效果评估、实施推进、商业运营、市场开发等各方面给予支持和保障,使英国中小学的师生和管理者在数字化教育的落地方面获得了自主权,也使英国基础教育实施者和管理者之间沟通交流的渠道畅通,更大程度上保障了英国数字化教育的成效。
The U.K.was the first country in Europe to apply ICT in education.Since the 1960s,it has made huge efforts in applying IT and digital technology in education.As digital education and technology evolve in the U.K.,the British government and particularly the Department for Education have been promoting educational digitalization through efforts from policy making to funds allocation,effect evaluation,business operations and market expansion.These efforts have encouraged educators and the management of schools to develop digital education,and facilitated the coordination between them.As a result,noticeable outcomes have been achieved in the educational digitalization in the U.K.
