控制中心静脉导管相关血流感染的“ICU STOP CLABSI”项目系列研究回顾

Review of the"ICU STOP CLABSI"project series for the control of central line-associated bloodstream infection

本文回顾美国霍普金斯大学发起的以控制中心静脉导管相关血流感染(CLABSI)为目标的“ICU Stop CLABSI”系列质量改进研究项目。该系列研究从改进科学的角度设计和实施多层面持续质量促进策略,经过多轮的实践和改进,从系统层面降低了ICU内重症患者CLABSI的发生率和CLABSI相关患者的死亡率,节约了成本,促进了ICU内安全质量文化的建设。同时,本研究结合国内近十年防控CLABSI的做法和策略,以期为今后有关ICU患者CLABSI防控的研究和实践提供借鉴。

This article reviewed the quality improvement project"ICU Stop CLABSI"initiated by Johns Hopkins University to control central line-associated bloodstream infection(CLABSI).This series of studies designed and implemented multi-level continuous quality promotion strategies from the perspective of improvement of science,through multiple rounds of practice and improvement,reducing the incidence of CLABSIs in critically ill ICU patients and the mortality of ClABSIs-related patients from the system level,saving the cost,and promoting the construction of safety and quality culture in ICU.At the same time,this study combined with the domestic practices and strategies for the prevention and control of CLABSI in recent ten years in order to provide reference for the research and practice on the prevention and control of CLABSI in ICU patients in the future.
