摘要
针对配电网发展面临的挑战以及目前配电网合环作业现状进行分析,根据城区配电网部分合环点存在相位差和电压差的痛点问题,提出采用移动合环系统来实现配电网线路间不停电合环转供,同时对方案的可行性和经济性进行了研究,并详细介绍了移动合环系统的设计思路、控制要求、控制策略及整体设计方案。
Based on the analysis of the challenges faced by the development of distribution networks and the current status of distribution network ring closing operations,and the pain points of phase and voltage differences at some ring closing points in urban distribution networks,a mobile ring closing system is proposed to achieve uninterrupted ring closing and supply transfer between distribution network lines.The feasibility and economy of the scheme are also studied,and the design ideas,control requirements,and requirements of the mobile ring closing system are introduced in detail Control strategy and overall design plan.
