摘要
目的:识别大学生分裂特质和孤独特质的潜在剖面类型,并探讨高、低分裂-孤独特质群体的情绪智力及共情的差异。方法:采用分裂型人格问卷、孤独症谱系量表、特质元情绪问卷和人际反应指针量表对某高校259名大学生进行调查。结果:通过潜在剖面分析可将整体样本分为高分裂-孤独特质组(74人,28.57%)和低分裂-孤独特质组(185人,71.43%)。高分裂-孤独特质组在情绪辨别、情绪恢复和观点采择维度的得分显著低于低分裂-孤独特质组,而情绪注意和个人忧伤维度得分显著高于低分裂-孤独特质组。结论:高分裂-孤独特质人群的情绪智力及共情能力均有一定程度的损伤,这为精神分裂症共病孤独症谱系障碍患者的临床干预提供了新的视角。
Objective:To identify the latent profile types of schizotypal and autistic traits in college students,and to explore the differences in emotional intelligence and empathy between high and low schizotypal-autistic trait groups.Methods:A total of 259 college students were investigated with Schizotypal Personality Questionnaire,Autism Spectrum Quotient,Trait Meta-Mood Scale and Interpersonal Reactivity Index.Results:The whole sample could be divided into high schizotypal and autistic trait group(74 persons,28.57%)and low schizotypal-autistic trait group(185 persons,71.43%)by latent profile analysis.The scores of emotion recognition,emotion recovery and perspective taking in high schizotypal-autistic trait group were significantly lower than those of low schizotypal-autistic trait group,while the scores of emotion attention and personal distress were significantly higher than those of low schizotypal-autistic trait group.Conclusion:Individuals with high schizotypal-autistic trait group have a certain degree of impairments in emotional intelligence and empathy ability.This provides a new perspective for the clinical intervention of patients with schizophrenia comorbid autism.
