工作-家庭冲突预期量表在中国医学生中的信效度检验

Reliability and Validity of Anticipated Work-Family Conflict Scale in Chinese Medical Students

摘要 目的:检验中文版工作-家庭冲突预期量表(anticipated work-family conflict scale, AWFCS)在我国医学生中的信效度和跨性别的测量等值性。方法:以核心自我评价和角色显著性为效标变量,对698名医学生施测中文版AWFCS。结果:中文版AWFCS保留18个条目,各条目与总分的Pearson相关系数为0.65~0.78,高低分组的决断值显示两组的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。验证性因子分析结果表明,六因子模型拟合良好(χ^(2)/df=3.09, CFI=0.97,TLI=0.96, RMSEA=0.06, SRMR=0.03)。中文版AWFCS总量表及各因子的Cronbach’s α系数为0.81~0.95,分半信度为0.73~0.85,重测信度为0.69~0.93,且与核心自我评价、角色显著性负相关。多组验证性因素分析结果显示,该量表在男、女生中具有完全的测量等值性。结论:修订后的中文版AWFCS信效度良好,测量结果可在不同性别的医学生中进行跨组比较,适合用于评估中国医学生的工作-家庭冲突预期。 Objective:This study aimed to translate the Anticipated Work-Family Conflict Scale(AWFCS)into Chinese,and to explore the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of AWFCS and its measurement equivalence across gender among Chinese medical students.Methods:698 medical students from universities in Hunan,Guizhou,Yunnan and other places were tested with the Chinese version of AWFCS.Core Self-Evaluations Scale(CSES)and Life Role Salience Scale(LRSS)were used as the criteria-related validity instruments.Results:The Chinese version of A WFCS consisted of 18 items.The Pearson correlation coefficients between each item and the total score were 0.65-0.78.The difference of critical values of all items of AWFCS among the low and high score groups were statistically significant(P<0.001).The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that AWFCS had a good construct validity(χ^(2)/df-3.09,CFI=0.97,TLI=0.96.RMSEA=0.06,SRMR=0.03).The internal consistency reliability of AWFCS and its six factors ranged from 0.81 to 0.95,the split-half reliability were 0.73~0.85,and the retest reliability were 0.69-0.93.Scores of AWFCS negatively correlated with the core self-evaluations and life role salience.The results of multiple confirmatory factor analysis showed that the scale had complete measurement equivalence among boys and girls.Conclusion:The revised Chinese version of AWFCS has good reliability and validity,and the measurement results can be compared across groups among medical students of different genders.It is suitable for evaluating the anticipated work-family conflict of Chinese medical students.
