自我控制与大学生学业拖延的关系:手机成瘾与学习投入的链式中介作用 被引量:1

Effect of Self-control on Academic Procrastination in College Students:The Chain Mediating Role of Mobile Phone Addiction and Learning Engagement

摘要 目的:探讨自我控制与大学生学业拖延的关系,以及手机成瘾和学习投入在其中的中介作用。方法:采用自我控制量表、手机成瘾指数量表、学习投入量表和学业拖延量表对838名大学生进行调查。结果:(1)相关分析显示,自我控制与手机成瘾和学业拖延呈负相关,与学习投入呈正相关;手机成瘾与学习投入呈负相关,与学业拖延呈正相关;学习投入与学业拖延呈负相关。(2)链式中介作用分析表明,自我控制对学业拖延的直接效应显著,手机成瘾、学习投入以及手机成瘾-学习投入在自我控制和学业拖延之间的中介和链式中介作用均显著。结论:自我控制既可以直接影响学业拖延,也可以通过手机成瘾、学习投入的独立中介效应以及手机成瘾-学习投入的链式中介效应间接影响学业拖延。 Objective:To explore the relationship between self-control and academic procrastination in college students,and the mediating role of mobile phone addiction and learning engagement.Methods:A sample of 838 college students were investigated by using Self-Control Scale,Mobile Phone Addiction Index Scale,Utrecht Work Engagement Scalestudent and Procrastination Assessment Scale-Students.Results:(1)The correlation analysis showed that self-control was negatively correlated with mobile phone addiction and academic procrastination,and positively correlated with academic engagement.Mobile phone addiction was negatively correlated with learning engagement and positively correlated with academic procrastination.Academic engagement was negatively correlated with academic procrastination.(2)Chain mediation analysis showed that the direct effect of self-control on academic procrastination was significant,and the mediating and chain mediating effects of mobile phone addiction,learning engagement and mobile phone addiction-learning engagement were significant between self-control and academic procrastination.Conclusion:Self-control can not only directly affect academic procrastination,but also indirectly affect academic procrastination through the independent mediating effect of mobile phone addiction and learning engagement,and the chain mediating effect of mobile phone addiction-learning engagement.
