现代产业学院多元主体跨界协同的困境、机理与路径 被引量:2

摘要 现代产业学院作为一种多元主体合作共建共管共享的新型产教融合组织形态,是我国职业教育高质量发展的重要载体。作为不同边界组织的融合体,多元主体间制度规则、行为标准和心理意识等因素的异质性形成了产业学院跨界协同关系冲突与协作之困。通过对产业学院多元主体合作的组织边界澄明与跨界关系构成分析,阐述现代产业学院多元主体跨界协同的现实困境,主要表现为政校协同的越位与附庸制约跨界主体决策的独立性、行企协同的松散与疏离阻碍跨界主体合作的有效性、校企协同的踟蹰与犹疑影响跨界主体合作的可持续等。在分析产业学院跨界协同内在机理的基础上,提出跨界融合与多元协同是产业学院多元主体合作可持续发展的本质与关键,并从跨组织、跨治理、跨文化三个维度提出消解产业学院多元主体合作困境的基本路径,即制度引领下的关系重组、利益共享下的治理创新、育人目标下的文化再造,以期切实打破多元主体合作困局,创新现代产业学院的跨界协同改革治理。 Modern industrial college,as a new organizational form of industry-education integration in which multiple entities cooperate,build,manage and share,is an important measure for the high-quality development of vocational education in China.As the synergy of different organizational subjects,the heterogeneity in institutional rules,behavioral standards,psychological consciousness and other factors among multiple subjects has created conflicts and collaboration difficulties in cross-border collaboration in modern industrial colleges.By clarifying the organizational boundaries and analyzing the composition structure of multiple subjects,problems in cross-border collaboration are found:the offside and dependence between government and school restricts the independence of decision-making;the looseness and alienation between industry and enterprise hinders the effectiveness of collaboration;and the hesitation and doubt between school and enterprise affects the sustainability of collaboration.The analysis of the internal mechanism of the collaboration indicates that cross-border integration and multi-subject collaboration are the essence and key to the sustainable development of multi-subject cooperation in modern industrial colleges.Hence,a cross-organization,cross-governance and cross-culture solution to the dilemma is proposed.The basic path is to reorganize relationships under the guidance of system,innovate governance based on the sharing of interests,and reconstruct culture under the goal of educating people,in order to effectively break the dilemma of cooperation between multiple subjects and innovatively reform the cross-border collaboration in modern industrial colleges.
