内置螺旋箍筋装配式剪力墙抗震性能试验 被引量:1

摘要 为研究装配式剪力墙在竖向采用螺旋箍筋约束波纹管浆锚连接,同时增设水平向现浇区域下的抗震性能,本文对两个不同现浇区域内置螺旋箍筋的装配式剪力墙试件,1个全预制内置螺旋箍筋的装配式剪力墙试件以及1个整体现浇式剪力墙试件进行低轴压比下的低周往复荷载试验;通过力学试验获取试件的破坏过程、破坏模式及骨架曲线,对承载力、延性、刚度等力学指标展开参数分析和讨论。结果表明:1)装配式剪力墙的破坏形态均为压剪破坏,水平向现浇区域与预制墙体的协同性能良好;2)内置螺旋箍筋约束波纹管浆锚竖向钢筋可有效提高试件的刚度、耗能以及延性,使得此种构造的装配式剪力墙试件的抗震性能基本上等同整体现浇试件;3)现浇边缘构造区域的装配式剪力墙的抗震性能优于现浇叠合区域,因此建议将现浇区域尽量置于边缘构造处。 In order to study the seismic performance of prefabricated shear wall in the vertical using spiral stirrups to constrain corrugated pipe mortar anchor connection,and adding horizontal cast-in-place area.In this paper,two prefabricated shear wall specimens with spiral stirrups embedded in different cast-in-place areas,one fully prefabricated prefabricated shear wall specimen with spiral stirrups embedded in and one fully cast-in-place shear wall specimen are tested under low cyclic reciprocating load under low axial compression ratio.The failure process,failure mode and skeleton curve of the specimen are obtained through mechanical tests,and the mechanical indexes such as bearing capacity,ductility and stiffness are analyzed and discussed.The test results show that:1)The failure mode of prefabricated shear wall is compression shear failure,and the horizontal cast-in-place area and prefabricated wall have good synergistic performance;2)The built-in spiral stirrups restrain the vertical reinforcement of corrugated pipe mortar anchor,which can effectively improve the rigidity,energy consumption and ductility of the specimen,making the seismic performance of the fabricated shear wall specimen with this structure basically equal to that of the integral cast-in-situ specimen;3)The aseismic performance of prefabricated shear wall in the cast-in-place edge structure area is better than that in the cast-in-place overlapping area,so it is recommended to place the cast-in-place area at the edge structure as much as possible.
