微扰动四轴搅拌桩工法及所用施工装备 被引量:1

摘要 为解决常规水泥土搅拌桩桩身强度分布不均、施工扰动较大、设备数字化水平低及施工质量难以管控等技术问题,成功研发微扰动四轴搅拌桩工法及其施工装备,本文围绕成桩类型、桩身质量控制技术及搅拌桩施工对地层微扰动技术这3个方面阐述工法原理,列举工法材料用量与水胶比,并与常规三轴搅拌桩相关参数作对比;介绍所用施工装备结构特点、技术参数及数字化施工控制系统,并通过工程实例对工法及施工装备的应用效果进行验证。研究表明:运用本工法及施工装备,成桩全过程由数字化施工控制系统自动完成,实现施工参数的自动监控与存储,能够有效推进我国水泥土搅拌桩技术在施工自动化、施工效率的提升及施工质量的控制方面的发展。 In order to solve technical problems such as uneven distribution of strength in the conventional cement-soil mixing pile body,significant construction disturbance,low digital level of equipment,and difficulty in controlling construction quality,the micro disturbance four axis mixing pile construction method and its construction equipment have been successfully developed.This article elaborates on the principles of construction methods from three aspects:pile type,pile quality control technology,and micro disturbance technology of mixing pile construction on the formation;List the material usage and water cement ratio of the construction method,and compare them with the relevant parameters of the conventional triaxial mixing pile;Introduce the structural characteristics,technical parameters,and digital construction control system of the construction equipment used;The application effect of this construction method and construction equipment was verified through engineering examples.Research has shown that using this construction method and construction equipment,the entire process of pile formation is automatically completed by a digital construction control system,achieving automatic monitoring and storage of construction parameters.This can effectively promote the development of China’s cement soil mixing pile technology in construction automation,improvement of construction efficiency,and control of construction quality.
