藏药甘青铁线莲黄酮诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡及对肿瘤免疫抑制因子影响的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以甘青铁线莲黄酮提取液为研究材料,小鼠的几种肿瘤细胞为研究对象,通过CCK-8法和流式细胞术等方法,探究甘青铁线莲黄酮对肿瘤细胞增殖、细胞形态、细胞膜完整性、细胞凋亡和肿瘤细胞分泌免疫抑制因子的影响.结果显示,甘青铁线莲黄酮能够抑制S180肿瘤细胞增殖、破坏细胞膜使细胞形态发生改变、诱导其凋亡的发生和抑制分泌免疫抑制因子的分泌.结果表明,藏药甘青铁线莲黄酮通过诱导S180肿瘤细胞凋亡和抑制肿瘤细胞分泌免疫抑制因子等途径,从而实现抗肿瘤的作用,该研究结果为甘青铁线莲的药理学研究提供数据参考. The purpose of this study was to further explore the anti-tumor effect of the Tibetan medicine Clematis tangutica flavonoids,and provide data support for its further development and utilization.The extract of Clematis tangutica flavonoids was used as the research material,and several kinds of tumor cells in mice as the research object,to explore the effects of flavonoids on tumor cell proliferation,cell morphology,cell membrane integrity,apoptosis and tumor cell secretion of immunosuppressive factors by CCK-8 experiment and flow cytometry,etc.The results showed that Clematis tangutica flavonoids could inhibit the proliferation of S180 tumor cells,destroy the cell membrane,change the cell morphology,induce apoptosis and inhibit the secretion of immunosuppressive factors.The results showed that the Tibetan medicine Clematis tangutica flavonoids could achieve its anti-tumor effect by inducing apoptosis of S180 tumor cells and inhibiting the secretion of immunosuppressive factors,etc.The results of this study provided some data reference for the pharmacological study of Clematis tangutica.
