阐述了天津公安“智慧警务”将“智能”科技和警务业务有机结合,以大数据为应用工具,围绕“提升公安大数据实战应用服务能力”这一主线,不断推进全方位服务一体化社会治理。近年来,智慧警务通过赋能警务机制改革、赋能委办局、赋能民生企业3个方面的应用探索,形成了有效的一体化实战服务途径,在不断实践应用与探索中,通过把住关键数据环节,加强数据的监管和控制,强化协同联动效力,极大地提升了一体化社会治理效能。

Tianjin Public Security“Smart Policing”organically combines“smart”technology and policing business,takes big data as the application tool,focuses on the main line of“improving the practical application service ability of police security big data”and continues to promote comprehensive services for integrated social governance.In recent years,Smart Policing has formed an effective integrated practical service approach through the application and exploration of three aspects:empowering the policing mechanism reform,empowering the committees and bureaus and empowering the people’s livelihood enterprises.In the exploration of continuous practice and application,the key data links have been grasped,the supervision and control of data have been strengthened,and the synergy effect has been strengthened,which has greatly improved the efficiency of integrated social governance.
