摘要
将建筑行业的水泥砂浆乳液用于塑胶行业的沥青基础封底,经过实际场地验证及2年的实际场地使用效果跟踪,解决了沥青场地塑胶材料起鼓问题。在实验的基础上,分析了不同水性乳液、砂子和水泥的选择和配比对塑胶与沥青基础的黏结力和塑胶场地质量的影响。实验结果显示,以苯丙乳液为例,当乳液的钙离子稳定性高,水泥牌号选择42.5,砂子目数选择60~160,乳液、水泥、砂子质量比为1:2:(1~3),偶联剂加入量为0.5%~1%(乳液质量的百分占比),并加水量为30%(乳液质量的百分占比)时,封底效果最好,塑胶场地质量最佳。
The cement mortar emulsion in the construction industry was used for sealing the asphalt base bottom in the plastic industry,which solved the drumming problem of plastic materials in the asphalt site after the verification of the actual site and the tracking of the effect of the actual site use for two years.Based on the experiments,the influence of the selection and ratio of different water-based emulsions,sand and cement on the adhesive force between plastic and asphalt base as well as the quality of plastic site was analyzed.The test results showed that,taking styrene-acrylic emulsion as an example,when the calcium ion stability of the emulsion was high,the cement grade was selected as 42.5,the sand mesh number was selected as 60~160,the mass ratio of emulsion,cement and sand was 1:2:(1~3),and the coupling agent of 0.5%~1%(percentage of the emulsion mass)and water of 30%(percentage of the emulsion mass)were added,the bottom sealing effect and the quality of plastic site were the optimal.
