Analysis of 29 Kinds of Elements in Polygonati Rhizoma from Different Regions by ICP-MS Combined with Chemical Pattern Recognition

摘要 目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定中药材黄精中29种无机元素的方法,并对不同产地黄精中元素的含量进行分析。方法黄精样品经微波消解法处理后,采用ICP-MS法测定9个产地60批黄精药材中29种元素含量,并进行方法学考察,结合聚类分析和主成分分析对不同产地黄精中元素进行分析。结果不同产地黄精中无机元素的种类基本无差异,但含量差异较大,在测定的29种元素中,Cr、Cu、Ni、Ga含量整体相对较高,其他无机元素含量整体相对较低;聚类分析结果显示,不同产地的黄精表现出一定的聚类性;主成分分析结果显示,来自安徽的黄精综合得分最高,从无机元素角度考虑,安徽产黄精的质量较好。结论所建立的方法准确度和精密度良好,可用于黄精中29种无机元素的同时测定,为黄精药材质量评价和质量控制提供参考。 Objective To establish an inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) method for simultaneous determination of 29 kinds of inorganic elements in Polygonati Rhizoma,and to analyse the contents of elements in Polygonati Rhizoma from various areas.Methods ICP-MS was applied to determine 29 kinds of inorganic elements in samples which from 9 regions after microwave digestion.The results were analyzed by cluster analysis and principal component analysis.Results There were few differences in the types of inorganic elements in the samples from different regions,however,the contents of them varied significantly.The contents of Cr,Cu,Ni and Ga were higher in the 29 kinds of elements relatively,while the others were lower.Cluster analysis results displayed that the samples from different regions showed some clustering characteristics.Principal component analysis results displayed that the comprehensive scores of samples from Anhui were highest,so were of high quality of that in terms of inorganic elements.Conclusion The established method has high accuracy and precision,and it is suitable for simultaneous determination of 29 kinds of inorganic elements in Polygonati Rhizoma.This study can provide reference for the quality control and evaluation of Polygonati Rhizoma.
