在中国当代电影类型融合进程中看,《热烈》力图将经过“一次融合”而两两搭配的喜剧、青春与歌舞类型元素,在更复杂的层面进行青春喜剧与体育歌舞的“二次融合”,进而通过歌舞元素的体育化、专业化、本土化、主流化等策略,将中国内地歌舞乃至街舞电影的范式向前演进。《热烈》具有自觉的类型融合意识与清晰的商业定位,比赛过程乃至动作细节呈现清晰,演员在表演和街舞两个方面的专业性对电影的品质都形成了较好支撑。
