摘要
建立了皮革化学品中的金属含量的测试方法。被测试的元素为铝(Al)、砷(As)、钡(Ba)、镉(Cd)、钴(Co)、铬(Cr)、铜(Cu)、汞(Hg)、镍(Ni)、铅(Pb)、锑(Sb)、硒(Se)、锌(Zn)。样品采用混合酸—微波消解法进行消解处理,然后采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)法分析检测提取液中的金属含量。确定了消解处理和ICP-OES的最佳条件。结果表明,本方法的回收率在85.7%~105.0%,相对标准偏差在2.3%~9.0%,检出限为0.1~2.0 mg/kg。方法可靠性强、灵敏度高、操作简单,适用于皮革化学品中金属含量的测定。
The method for testingmetal content in leather chemicals was established.The tested metal elements were aluminum(Al),arsenic(As),barium(Ba),cadmium(Cd),cobalt(Co),chromium(Cr),copper(Cu),mercury(Hg),nickel(Ni),lead(Pb),antimony(Sb),selenium(Se)and zinc(Zn).The sample was digested by mixed acid assisted microwave digestion technique,and determined by ICP-OES.The optimum conditions of di⁃gestion and ICP-OES were built.The results show that the recovery of this method is 85.7%~105.0%,the relative standard deviation is 2.3%~9.0%with the detection limit at the range of 0.1~2.0 mg/kg.The method has strong reliability and high sensitivity,and is suitable for determining metal contents in leather chemicals.
