摘要
“互联网+”的发展为高新技术皮革企业创造了机遇,同时激烈的市场竞争环境要求企业提升创新能力,从而增加自身竞争优势。高新技术皮革企业应更为注重员工的创新性,而创新能力的培养及开发源于知识型人才的知识整合能力和创造能力。因此,本文从知识型员工创新能力结构入手,探讨影响高新技术皮革企业知识型员工创新能力的因素及现存的问题,并提出针对性的优化措施,从而提升高新技术皮革企业的创新能力及竞争优势。
The development of“Internet+”has created opportunities for high-tech leather enterprises.At the same time,the fierce market competition environment requires them to improve their innovation capabilities,thereby increasing their competitive advantages.High-tech leather enterprises should pay more attention to the innovation of employees.The cultivation and development of innovation ability comes from the knowledge integration and creative a⁃bility of knowledge-based talents.Therefore,this paper started with the innovation ability structure of knowledge-based employees,discussed the factors and existing problems that affected the innovation ability of knowl⁃edge-based employees in high-tech leather enterprises,and finally put forward targeted optimization measures to en⁃hance the innovation ability and competitive advantage of high-tech leather enterprises.
