Optimization Path of Leather Industry Chain Based on Collaborative Driving

在我国皮革产业高质量发展的背景下,如何构建完善的产业链体系,推动产业运行优化,成为企业运营发展关注的重点问题。皮革产业链的系统优化,对推动皮革产业现代化发展具有重要促进作用。做好这方面理论研究,也是皮革产业发展实践的现实要求。本文在简要概述协同驱动理论背景的基础上,明确皮革产业链优化的意义,指出皮革产业链构建内容和优化路径,为皮革企业构建产业链体系,为提升产业链运行水平提供理论参考。

Under the background of high-quality development of China's leather industry,how to build a perfect industrial chain system and promote the optimization of industrial operation has become a key issue for enterprise oper⁃ation and development.The systematic optimization of the leather industry chain plays an important role in promoting the modernization of the leather industry.Doing a good job in this theoretical research is also the practical requirement of the development practice of the leather industry.In this paper,on the basis of a brief overview of the theoretical background of collaborative driving,the significance of leather industry chain optimization was clarified,and the con⁃struction content and optimization path of leather industry chain were explained,so as to provide a theoretical refer⁃ence for leather enterprises to build an industrial chain system and improve the operation level of the industrial chain.
