摘要
利用3D建模技术复原古代皮甲的形制结构、编缀方法、制作工艺及制作仿古皮甲实物,达到更真实还原古代皮甲装备形制的目的。方法以古籍资料文献为依托,总结皮甲复原的工艺流程,利用3D建模技术模拟秦代皮甲的结构全貌,运用现代制革技术及染色工艺,从形制、色彩、组装、染色等方面尽可能复刻制作出符合史料记载的秦代皮甲。得出结论:利用3D建模技术复原仿古皮甲的科学方法,其仿制皮甲实物效果精细逼真,对研究古代皮甲制作工艺及古法制革文化可提供一定的参考。
This paper used 3D modeling technology to restore the form and structure of ancient leather armor,the method of braiding,the production process and the production of antique leather armor to achieve the purpose of more realistic restoration of ancient leather armor equipment form.The method was based on ancient documents,summa⁃rized the process of leather armor restoration,used 3D modeling technology to simulate the structure of the Qin Dynas⁃ty leather armor,and used modern tanning technology and dyeing process to reproduce the Qin Dynasty leather armor in terms of shape,color,assembly and dyeing as much as possible to meet the historical records.It was concluded that the scientific method of using 3D modeling technology to recover the imitation ancient leather armor,and the fine and realistic effect of its imitation leather armor,can provide some reference for the study of ancient leather armor making process and ancient leather tanning culture.
