基于5G基站可调度潜力与配电网集群划分的储能选址定容方法 被引量:3

Siting and Sizing Method for Energy Storage Based on Dispatchable Potential of 5G Base Station and Cluster Partition of Distribution Network

摘要 随着经济发展,海量、分散的5G基站与分布式光伏将被广泛接入配电网,传统的集中式处理方法不宜用于系统的控制管理。同时,基站自备储能为电网提供了容量可观、潜力巨大的灵活性资源。为此,文中提出一种考虑5G基站可调度潜力与配电网集群划分的储能规划方法。首先,提出考虑通信负载的基站自备储能可调度容量评估方法,建立基站参与电网调度交互模型;然后,根据系统网架结构和基站-光伏出力特性,采用Fast-Newman算法对配电网进行集群划分,将基站与光伏打捆;最后,建立储能双层规划模型,模型外层负责求解储能的规划方案,模型内层负责优化储能和基站的调度策略。算例结果表明,应用所提规划方法能够减少系统对储能的投入、提升系统电压水平、提高系统经济性与低碳效益。 With the development of economy,massive and dispersed 5G base stations and distributed photovoltaics will be widely integrated into the distribution network,and the traditional centralized processing method is not suitable for the control and management of the system.Meanwhile,the backup energy storage equipped in 5G base stations provides a flexible resource with considerable capacity and great potential for the power grid.Therefore,a planning method for energy storage considering the dispatchable potential of 5G base stations and cluster partition of distribution networks is proposed.First,an evaluation method for the dispatchable capacity of backup energy storage in 5G base stations considering communication load is proposed,and the interaction model of base station participating in grid dispatching is established.Then,according to the grid structure and the base station-photovoltaic output characteristics,the Fast-Newman algorithm is used to divide the distribution network into clusters,which bundles base stations with photovoltaics.Finally,a bi-level programming model of energy storage is established.The outer layer is responsible for solving the planning scheme of energy storage,and the inner layer is responsible for optimizing the dispatch strategy of energy storage and base stations.The results of cases show that the proposed planning method can reduce the system investment in energy storage,improve system voltage level,and increase the system economy and low-carbon benefits.
