摘要
柔性互联配电网是未来新型配电网的新发展方向,系统对故障恢复策略及其算法提出了更高的响应速度要求。为提升配电网故障恢复优化算法的响应速度,以柔性互联设备为网络边界,采用云边协同技术,在遵循云边端网络架构的约束下,将健全边缘网络的最优潮流计算前移到配电网正常运行时,采用定时或阈值触发扫描计算并拟合边缘网络最优运行指标与网间交互功率的分段线性关联函数,从而提出基于边缘网络前置预计算的柔性互联配电网故障恢复优化算法及其云边协同调控逻辑。由于各边缘网络的优化计算前置到正常时,且优化模型被限制在边缘网络内,优化模型维度被有效限制,配电网故障恢复算法的响应速度得到提高。算例分析与对比验证表明,所提方法准确且计算效率高。
The flexible interconnected distribution network is a new development direction for the future new distribution networks,and the system requires higher response speed for fault restoration strategies and algorithms.In order to improve the response speed of optimization algorithms for fault restoration of distribution networks,by taking flexible interconnected devices as the network boundary and adopting cloud-edge collaborative technology,under the constraints of the cloud-edge network architecture,the optimal power flow calculation of the sound edge network is moved forward to the normal operation of the distribution network.Timing or threshold triggered scanning is used to calculate and fit the piecewise linear correlation function between the optimal operation indicators of the edge network and the inter-network interaction power.Thus,an optimization algorithm for the fault restoration of flexible interconnected distribution networks based on the edge network pre-calculation and its cloud-edge collaborative dispatch logic are proposed.Due to the optimization calculation of each edge network being advanced to the normal operation and the optimization model being limited within the edge network,the dimension of the optimization model is effectively limited,and the response speed of the algorithm for the fault restoration of distribution networks is improved.Numerical analysis and comparative verification show that the proposed method is accurate and computationally efficient.
