摘要
目的 研究刷手服对干态微生物穿透性的阻挡效果。方法 选取面料为100%棉和35%棉+65%涤的刷手服各5组样品。通过振荡面料干态微生物穿透检测和平板沉降法采样,依据YY/T 0506.5—2009对刷手服面料阻挡颗粒的效果进行评价。结果 5组纯棉刷手服面料样品的穿透菌数均> 300 cfu/试样;棉涤混纺刷手服面料穿透菌数为>168 cfu/试样。所有检测的刷手服面料干态微生物穿透数全部超标。结论 本研究刷手服的阻干态微生物穿透性能较差,阻隔携菌皮屑扩散能力有限,使用中存在手术感染风险,建议选用阻挡微生物效果更好的刷手服。
Objective To study the resistance to dry microbial penetration performance of scrub suits.Methods The fabric of scrub suits were 100% cotton and 35%cotton + 65% polyester,and 5 groups of specimens were taken respectively.Dry microbial penetration detection by fabric vibration and plate setting method were used as sampling.Evaluation standard was accorded to YY/T 0506.5—2009.Results The dry penetration bacteria of 100% cotton scrub suits were all300 cfu,and the results of 35% cotton + 65% polyester scrub suits were 168-300 cfu.All samples did not meet the YY/T 0506.5—2009 standard requirements.Conclusion The scrub suits selected have poor resistance to dry microbial penetration performance and restricted capacity of resistance to bacteria-carrying skin scales penetration,which will increase the risk of surgical infection.Better scrub suits to resist dry penetration performance should be produced and used.
