近零能耗住宅室内温湿度模拟与实测数据对比研究

摘要 聚焦以太阳能为导向的居住建筑设计,选取第三届中国国际太阳能十项全能竞赛中HUI HOUSE为研究对象,对建筑的室内温湿度进行模拟,将建筑物的室内温湿度模拟数据与实际监控的数据进行比较,目的是评估模拟的温湿度数据,并验证该预测方法在协助设计节能房屋方面的适用性,有助于合并监测和模拟温湿度之间的差距。模拟使用软件DesignBuilder平台进行,而监测数据由太阳能大赛组委会提供与支持。设计阶段的模拟数据与实测数据差异较大,通过梳理建筑实际建造阶段与设计阶段不同点,对建筑进行二次模拟比对,发现模拟与实测数据基本吻合。检验仿真数据与实测数据的关联性,并对近零能耗住宅设计提供理论基础和设计方法。 The paper focuses on the design of solar oriented residential buildings,studies HUI HOUSE in the Solar Decathlon Competition as the object,simulates the indoor temperature and humidity of the building,and compares its data with the actual monitoring data,to evaluate the simulated temperature and humidity data and verify the applicability of the prediction method in assisting in the design of energy-saving houses.This research contributes to merge the monitoring and simulation of the gap between temperature and humidity.The simulations are carried out through DesignBuilder platform,and the monitoring data is provided and supported by the Organizing Committee of solar energy competition.The simulation data in the design stage and the measured data are quite different,and by combing the differences between the actual construction stage and the design stage of the building,the secondary simulation comparison of the building is found to be basically consistent with the measured data.This paper examines the correlation between simulation data and measured data,and provides a theoretical basis and design method for nearly zero energy residential design.
