污水源热泵供热系统运行优化控制策略研究

摘要 定流量原则下的设备台数控制方法无法满足污水源热泵供热系统的高效运行,辅助热源的存在进一步增加了运行控制的复杂性。此外,运行管理方更加关注系统运行成本,各设备的能效最高并非等同于综合能耗费用最低,以此为目标的系统运行优化控制策略仍存在空白。选取某一实际运行的污水源热泵供热系统作为研究对象,对热泵机组、燃气锅炉和水泵分别建立了变工况能耗计算模型,然后基于能源单价建立了系统运行能耗费用控制模型。在约束条件下,得出了不同室外气温下的系统最优运行模式,再根据气象站数据得出供热季室外气温频数分布,计算得出了年运行能耗费用最低的运行控制策略。结果表明:此变流量最优运行控制策略的年能耗费用为327.3万元,相比于设计工况可以节省20.3万元,相对减少了5.8%。 Constant flow control methods depended on the number of running equipment cannot make the operation of wastewater source heat pump heating systems high-efficiency enough,and their supplementary heat sources increase the complexity.For the sake of users,operating cost of the systems is focused seriously.However,the most efficient operation may not be accompanied by the lowest cost,and the optimal control strategy for this goal remains unknown.A wastewater source heat pump heating system is analyzed,establishing energy use models of the heat pumps,boilers,and pumps.An operating cost model of the system is built according to local energy prices.Optimal control modes in different outdoor temperatures are determined under constraint conditions.And the optimal control strategy for the lowest annual energy cost is determined based on the frequency distribution of the outdoor temperatures.The results show that the annual cost of this strategy is 3.273 million yuan,0.203 million yuan lower than the cost of the design situation,which falls by 5.8%.
