针对重建轻管问题的智能楼宇1+N^(2)监控运维解决方案

摘要 随着智能楼宇的飞速发展以及国家“双碳”政策的提出,建筑绿色、节能、智能化发展已是大势所趋。然而,由于当前的智能楼宇建设成本高、客户不愿投资、建成后无法达到预期效果、重建轻管问题普遍存在,导致使用方望而却步或逐渐弃用。因此,提出一种针对重建轻管问题的智能楼宇1+N^(2)监控运维解决方案,基于一套基础平台,可针对不同行业、不同工程阶段提供不同实现方案,对建筑全周期输出提出针对性方案,从而实现解决方案、工程软件开发、工程调试、工程升级等工作周期缩短。通过该方案开发的工程定制监控运维软件包含多种运维功能,实现对园区的高效、节能管理,针对性解决重建轻管问题。 With the rapid development of intelligent buildings and the proposal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,the green,energy-saving and intelligent buildings have become the general trend.However,because of the high construction cost of intelligent buildings,customers are reluctant to invest.The expected results cannot be achieved after completion,and the issue of more efforts on construction and less on management,causing users to be discouraged or gradually abandon the intelligent buildings.The I+N^(2)solution is proposed for monitoring,operation,and maintenance of inteligent buildings to address these issues.Based on a set of core platforms,distinct implementation strategies for different industries and engineering stages can be proposed,shortening the cycle of solution development,software development,engineering debugging,engineering upgrade,etc.Through this solution,a customized program for monitoring,operation,and maintenance is produced,which comprises a variety of operation and maintenance functions,allowing for effective and energy-saving park management and targeted resolution of the above problems.
