辐照技术在药用植物育种及采后灭菌中的应用

摘要 目前药用植物种质资源创制和培育工作严重滞后,而中药材采后灭菌也是中药行业关注的重要方面。近年来,药用植物的辐照育种、中药材和制剂的灭菌研究均取得了阶段性进展。本研究总结了辐照技术在药用植物诱变育种的应用,辐照灭菌技术与其他灭菌工艺对中药材和制剂药用成分的影响;并从药用植物辐照育种,分子标记辅助育种,中药材和试剂灭菌的种类、灭菌前后的动物安全毒理、国家标准或行业标准等方面初步展望了未来的研究趋势,可为深入研究药用植物辐照育种、中药材采后杀菌处理等提供参考。 The creation and cultivation of medicinal plant germplasm resources were seriously lagging behind,and the post-harvest sterilization of Chinese herbal medicine was also an important aspect of the traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,research on irradiation breeding of medicinal plants and sterilization of Chinese herbal medicines and preparations have made progress.This study summarized the application of irradiation technology in the mutagenesis breeding of medicinal plants,and the effects of irradiation sterilization and other sterilization processes on the medicinal components of Chinese herbal medicines and preparations.Besides,the future research trends of irradiation breeding of medicinal plants,and molecular assisted breeding were further discussed,while types of sterilization,animal safety toxicology,and national or industrial standards of Chinese medicinal materials and preparations were prospected,which could provide references for further research on irradiation breeding of medicinal plants and post-harvest sterilization of Chinese herbal medicines.
